Plan & Understand

Before the move, we take time to understand how the current home is arranged & why, which belongings are most important and the clients accessibility needs. What specific requests does the person have? Are there any tasks that need solutions? what are they worried about?

Pack & Prepare

Our team carefully packs and protects everything. Protecting furniture, screens and taking out white goods and electronics.

Is there anything in the new property that needs to be ready or be built before the move? What items does the person need access to tonight and in the morning?

Unpack & Arrange

We unpack & set up the new home. Furniture is positioned with accessibility in mind, everyday items in comfortable reach & beds are made - leaving the home ready to live in.
